As a teacher, I feel it is extremley important that each student gets to have a memorable first grade experience. In order for students to get this amazing experience they must feel respected, safe, and feel that they have the ability to accomplish anything they put their minds to. As part of the classroom team, each student is expected to support his/her fellow classmates out by showing that they CARE.
